Monthly payment: All payments to be made with in 7 (Five) days of billing cycle. SCN is not bound to provide service while monthly payment is not made within first 7 (Seven) days of billing cycle. All payments are to be paid in BDT to SKYBIZ COMMUNICATION NETWORK. Downgrade the bandwidth will effect on per Mbps bandwidth price. Registration Obligation: 1. The client agrees to provide true ,accurate ,current and complete information about his/her as prompted by sign-up form 2. The minimum contracting period will be for 1years ,counted from the date of the link up and it will be extendable fur by mutual understanding .if any pasty denies extension will not be made. In case of broadband users ,Customer must pay installation fee and first month’s bandwidth payment in advance during the placement of the work order. General Terms: 1. Any illegal use of internet account will result an immediate disconnection of the services .As to what constitutes illegal usage of internet facilities provided would be determined solely at the discretion of the company. 2 . Subscriber can stop using the services of this company by giving a written notice before 30 (Thirty) days, the company will not refund any amount taken as align up fee/installation charge . 3. The client will not make voice transfer and will not have the right to provide ne internet connection to other premises Transmission of voice content through internet service is illegal . The client will be solely responsible for violation of this law . 4. The client agrees to abide by all applicable local ,national and international laws and regulations and customer is slyly responsible for all acts of omissions that occur under his/her account , incusing the content of his transmissions through this service 5. The client can change his/her password time to time ensure its security. No composition can be ciaimed for misuse of password by oaths. 6. Technical support shall specify be relater to internet access only . In case of technical support for the clients out side , the client must pay service charge depending of the expenditures which will be fixed by mutual understanding . Payment: 1. Subscribers’ must pay the monthiy bill within the expired date .In case of failure ,the connection will be disconnected from the next day . 2. Registration fees including Goyt , VATS paid are non refundable . 3. The company has right to legal action against the clients if he/she fail to clear the dues after formal reminding Right of This Company : 1 . The Company preserves the right to change the above conditions as and when needed and the client will be bound to abide by such changes.
Check the Device connectivity between yours & SCN . Then re-connect the cable which is connected between yours & SCN device. Reboot the device provided by SCN . Reboot your internal devices (Switch, HUB, Router, Server etc.) Still Problem? Please contact SkyBiz Support Team ( 01883005575 )

Ping on BTL gateway IP as most commonly the problem found on requested host. Pinging on gateway IP,Server Ip Ping ,you can check the connectivity between yours & SCN . Check your Bandwidth MRTG provided by SCN . ( If utilization shows 25% up then you have Packet loss/High Latency) Reboot the device provided by BTL. If bandwidth utilization shows normal, then check you internal LAN. Packet loss/high Latency can be occurred due to broadcast problem of your LAN. In this case please take appropriate action to clean the virus from your network. Still Problem? Please contact SkyBiz Support Team.
Check others utilization status connected to your network. If other users are using maximum bandwidth, then you are getting slow speed. In this case, you will get proper bandwidth when other users reach to normal utilization.
